1. Prepaid Billing Mechanism

WatNeo operates entirely on a prepaid transaction basis. Clients must recharge their wallet prior to sending broadcast campaigns. The cost of messages is calculated per 24-hour conversation session.

2. GST & Tax Compliances

All deposits are subject to 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST) in India. Official tax invoices reflecting base amount, CGST (9%), SGST (9%), and SAC code (998413) are issued for every approved payment under the name of our parent concern, MS Digital Consultant.

3. Meta API Conversation Rates

Our pricing matrices mirror official Meta Graph API pricing structures, plus a standard platform margin margin fee.
