Self-Onboard Meta Cloud API

Go to the official Meta for Developers site . Click My Apps → Create App. Select the Use Case as Other and choose type as Business. Give your app a name and associate it with your Facebook Business Manager Account.

Add a system user, generate a token, and assign permissions for: whatsapp_business_messaging and whatsapp_business_management. Copy and save this token safely.

Enter the exact Webhook Verify Token chosen in Step 4. Subscribe to the webhook fields: messages and template_status. Meta will now send status updates (Sent, Delivered, Read) and incoming customer responses directly into your team inbox in real-time.
