Refund & Cancellation Policy

Information about deposits and prepaid credits refunds.

1. Prepaid Wallet Recharges

All credit top-ups in the client portal prepaid wallet are processed as prepaid service tokens. Once a recharge request is approved and credits are loaded into your workspace ledger, the funds are non-refundable.

2. Unused Credits Validity

Your loaded wallet credits do not expire and will remain available for broadcast campaign execution until consumed by message session charges.

3. Account Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to policy breaches (spamming, forbidden products, etc.), any remaining prepaid wallet balance will be forfeited.
